Melissa Kadi, R.N.

Melissa is our Practice Manager and Office Nurse. She graduated from Cooke County College of Nursing in 1994. She has had vast experience in the operating room as a surgical nurse and has specialized in the field of plastic surgery and aesthetic treatments for over 10 years. She met Dr. Kadi while working together in the operating room and they married in 2000. She enjoys spending time with her family and is now working remotely from her home office as much as possible so she can be available for her and Dr. Kadi's children (3 boys- ages 8, 12, and 20).

Lisa Rux

Lisa is our Licensed Medical Aesthetician with over 10 years of experience. She combines pampering spa treatments with medical-grade skin care treatments and products that provide visible results. She believes wholeheartedly in the importance of a professional, scientifically-based skin care regimen.The advantage of having our Medical Spa on-site is that all of an individual’s aesthetic needs can be met in one location, where the combined expertise of Dr. Kadi and Lisa is used to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for each skin care client. Lisa is able to consult and develop a plan along with Dr. Kadi to prepare patients skin for surgery, and to maintain the health and vitality of the skin following surgery, facial resurfacing or other procedures.

Amy

Amy is our Patient Care Coordinator. She has expertise in all aspects of Plastic & Reconstructive surgery and patient satisfaction. As Patient Care Coordinator, Amy will help you with financial questions and quotes, schedule surgery, and will help answer all of your questions, ease your mind and help to develop the best plan along with Dr. Kadi and/or   Lisa Rux to fit your individual needs. Amy is in charge of referrals, surgery pre-authorizations, and works closely with Melissa on insurance and billing issues. Amy is highly skilled and trained in all of our skin care lines and surgical and non-surgical services. She is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have prior to scheduling a consultation with Dr. Kadi and Lisa Rux, Licensed Aesthetician.
