James Kadi, M.D.
Dr. Kadi provides the most up to date procedures in Plastic Surgery. He has been practicing for 14 years in the north Texas area. He was born in Kansas and raised in Louisiana. He moved here after completion of his surgical training to be near his family who moved to north Texas over 20 years ago. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. In addition to being an M.D. he also has a D.D.S. degree and a Masters degree. Dr. Kadi applies his vast knowledge in his everyday practice. He is able to recognize each patient's uniqueness which allows him to provide that special attention each individual desires. Dr. Kadi performs his cosmetic surgery at North Texas Hospital in Denton, Texas and Forest Park Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. These facilities are full facility hospitals with overnight capabilities. He uses only board certified anesthesiologists with many years of cosmetic surgery experience.

Kristie Brooks
Licensed Laser Technician and Medical Aesthetician
Kristie is our Medical Aesthetician and has complete expertise in every aspect of our practice. She is a Skin Care Specialist with advanced Injector skills in dermal fillers and neuromodulators and Laser procedures with over 7 years of experience. She is an expert in skin care and combines pampering spa treatments with medical-grade skin care treatments and products that provide visible results. She believes wholeheartedly in the importance of a professional, scientifically-based skin care regimen.The advantage of having our Karizma Medical Spa on-site is that all of an individuals aesthetic needs can be met in one location, where the combined expertise of Dr. Kadi and Kristie Brooks, LMA, is used to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for each skin care client. Kristie is able to consult and develop a plan along with Dr. Kadi to prepare patients skin for surgery, and to maintain the health and vitality of the skin following surgery, facial resurfacing and/or other aesthetic treatments. She is a lifelong resident of Denton County and has extensive experience in the medical aesthetics field. She is a Member of the American Academy of Medical Aesthetics and the International Medical Spa Association. Kristie prides herself on her knowledge and skill level in utilization of the latest laser techniques. She also stays current with innovations in aesthetic technologies through regular attendance at seminars, trade shows and advanced level continuing education courses.
